Ms. Fantine Capo-Chichi is a lawyer and a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar since 2019. She has accumulated several years of practice in Quebec (Canada) in family law, youth protection, immigration, as well as civil and administrative law.

Fantine earned a Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences with an option in Business Law and Judicial Careers from the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin in 2005, a Master's degree in Business Law with an option in Business Law and New Technologies from the University of Littoral Côte d'Opale in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France in 2006, a Master 2 in Corporate Law and Finance from the University of Lyon 3 (France) in 2007, a Master 2 in General Private Law with a specialization in Research from the University of Lyon 2 in 2008, a Doctorate in General Private Law from the University of Lyon 2 in 2013, and a Certificate in Law from the University of Montreal in 2017.

A member of the Quebec Bar since February 2019, Ms. Fantine Capo-Chichi primarily practices in family law (divorce cases, legal separation, child custody, establishment or cancellation of alimony, travel permissions, and more), in temporary and permanent immigration (applications for Quebec acceptance certificates, study permits, work permits with or without a labor market impact assessment (LMIA), post-graduation work permits, sponsorship or family reunification applications, humanitarian requests, refugee status applications before the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), representations before the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), the Immigration Division (ID), and the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), as well as in general civil and administrative law before the Quebec Superior Court, Quebec Court (Family Division, Youth Division), the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec, the Administrative Labor Tribunal, the Administrative Housing Tribunal, and the CNESST.
